We include Balkan cuisine on our menus because it represents exceptional culinary quality. We have our own cows and a greenhouse on our farm, which is located 8 kilometers from the complex. We make our own cow’s cheese, yoghurt, butter, and natural pure veal appetizers, which you can sample in our dishes and purchase from our Local shop at the entrance at the reception. The BBQ area is equipped with all of the typical options for creating culinary wonders. The wine list begins with our Castlehorse wine selection. Their flavors are robust and complement each of our recipes with a balanced sophistication.
The hall has a capacity of 150 people. It provides a stylish and comfortable environment for sophisticated and special events. A large terrace with a beautiful view of the lake adds to the delight. A stage, a big dance floor, multimedia, professional sound system, acoustics, and lighting give freedom to the imagination for the event scenario. An excellent choice for your celebration!
Tavern in modern style with Balkan menu composed of organic goods produced on our farm and greenhouse in Tvarditsa. The ambiance is warm and conducive to emotional meetings, dancing, and karaoke. The first level of the main building contains restaurants. The tavern is the heart of our complex, where Bulgarian traditions and culture meet a modern design atmosphere.
A large fireplace, an enormous stallion, and birds soaring on the walls are just a small part of the touching décor. The atmosphere is one of closeness, warmth, and comfort, enhanced by our national pride – cuisine from all around Bulgaria, seasoned with our team’s friendly smile.
The winery is styled in authentic spirit and barrels from which flows chilled sparkling wine from our Castlehorse. The hall is situated in a separate area of the tavern.

As a natural extension of St. Gora, the restaurant is open-air and operates during the summer. We include a BBQ menu and cold beverages. Located right under the stars. You will spend fascinating evenings under the shade of an old and winding vine, surrounded by the smells of mouthwatering traditional specialties grilled on the barbecue. Twinkling lights that resemble grape bunches romantically illuminate your companions. Fine wine and beverages go well with Bulgarian appetizers from our farm, which is located adjacent to the hotel.

The fish restaurant has an open kitchen and display cases for visual menu selection. The zhrebchevo carp is famous for its pure flavor. We add seafood and welcome you to a Greek environment with a lovely view from the restaurant’s terrace.

Veranda is a PRIVATE outdoor restaurant with the most breathtaking views. It will work only for you and your guests. This is our newest offering for an outdoor celebration: a secluded area – private restaurant with spectacular views and seating for up to 30 people. So, your special event will also be in a special place reserved only for connoisseurs. Reservation can be made at reception.
